"The RockIt Roost was established in 2008. Lash & Ink was created to showcase the store, photography, and RockIt Roost fun!
It was a dream of mine to develop a boutique that was unique and inspiring. My father encouraged me to go after my dreams. When he passed away in 2008 I knew I had to do something. I wrote a business plan, gave it to investors and within a weeks time The RockIt Roost was born. It has not been an easy road. When you open a small business you are faced with some crazy challenges that umnn....aren't mentioned in the manual. In that time I have discovered an even greater love for fashion, become a photographer, created a Kustom Kulture Festival, and met amazing people. This magazine is to compliment the store, highlight product, and see where I can take it.
I'm just a small town girl with big dreams. Really big dreams. Lash & Ink is a unique look at the tattoo, hotrod, and pinup culture. With fun, interesting, and exciting photo's and articles you'll get a fun look at the world of a pinup that can relate to your every day life! There is so much creativity bursting within me that I just have to get it out."
